You'll have to get up when this little baby starts, because it takes off and flies round the room, making a really annoying noise like a mosquito,

So you'll have to find it first, before you can turn it off.

Even if you hit the snooze button, it will take off again, so it will undoubtedly get you out of bed, though of course it might smash the place up a bit before you catch it, and if you sleep with the windows open you might find yourself running round the garden in your jimjams (no way to wake up) and may frighten the neighbourhood dogs.

There's also a slight danger that if you are a really heavy sleeper, and the things flies around the room without waking you up, eventually it will run out of juice, so it could wake you up by dropping on an exposed body part, such as the head, though I suppose you'd at least be awake. Or unconscious, possibly!

However it's a terrific fun item, and has already won a technology design award for its innovation and flair and makes a neat gift for anyone who has trouble getting out of the old pit in the mornings.

Features:

  • Flying alarm clock
  • Top flies into the air when the alarm goes off
  • The alarm clock will not turn off until the top is placed back on top of the base
  • clock is a LCD screen, and illuminates blue when the top is pressed to see the time when it is dark
  • The clock/time requires 2 x button cell batteries (included)
  • The spinning top and alarm features require 4 x AA batteries (not included) these will need to be inserted before the alarm will work.

Review Flying Alarm Clock.

Amazing product, I just couldnt find where the propeller had landed and the only option I had was to look for my screw dirver to remove the batteies.... was definitely awake after that....

Best product !! i have just bought this for my cousin for xmas but want to keep it for myself..! can i also say , great service !!
elliot mccall, torbay

I had this alarm clock bought for me as a gift as I simply can't get out of bed early, despite having two mobile phone alarms and a clock radio. This has all changed now, not only do I wkae up as soon as it triggers but after 'jumping' out of bed to find the flying unit and re-attach it to the base I am more than awake and ready for the day ahead!! A must if you can't get out of bed in the morning..
Andrew, Manchester

Amazing gadget. Gets me up in the morning! And im not exactly a light sleeper. I also enjoy setting it of whilst im awake, as it kind of doubles up as a toy :) Great all round gadget FIVE STARS *****
Graeme Reay, Milngavie

I bought this item before christmas and can safely say it certanly wakes you up!!! and the worst part is fumbling around for the propeller in the dark!! you will never be late for work again!!!
Simon, Gloucester

Phenomenal! I had tried everything to get my 16 year old son out of bed in the mornings, to no avail. Since buying this ingenious product my worries are over. 7.30 sharp, every day, he is up and at 'em and hasn't missed the school bus once! Now all I need is a gadget that cures swearing...
Ann Zunder, Sheffield

This alarm clock has been the only solution to getting my son out of bed in the mornings. Many thanks to its inventor! Well worth the money, in fact I'm thinking of using it as a fun timer to remind my children it's time to go to bed.
Mrs c d'agostaro, worcester park surrey

I work in rotating shifts, and it's very difficult to get up when working in the morning... This clock is a must!
Fernando, Macaé-Brazil
