If you received your Stuff within the last 30 days - and in the unlikely event it didn`t impress you (maybe, `cos you`ve lost your sense of fun and adventure or you really do believe you live twice) - return it unused and in it`s original packaging.

Daytime
Available for mainland2 customers for £3.951.
Prices for deliveries include plain brown box outer enclosing the colour gift boxed product. This has been drop tested to meet and exceed International transit requirements. Our delivery service also allows you to track when your order was processed and when it will be delivered.
Expected delivery time is 3 to 5 working days1.


Premium Deliveries
Available for mainland2 customers for £5.951.
The premium delivery service will get you the following:

  • Guaranteed next working day delivery (if you place your order before 13:00 Monday to Friday) preferential dispatch if order is placed after 13:00.
  • If the goods do not arrive on time we will refund the difference between Premium delivery and Daytime delivery charges (if our courier has not attempted delivery the next day)3.

Saturday Deliveries

Available for UK Mainland2 Customers for £9.95

  • Guaranteed Saturday delivery (if you place your order before 12:00pm on the Friday before) preferential dispatch if order is placed after 12:00pm.
  • If the goods do not arrive on time we will refund the difference between Saturday delivery and Daytime delivery charges (if our courier has not attempted delivery the next day)3.
  • Please note that Saturday delivery is only available for products that are in stock and exculdes products that are directly dispatached from our suppliers.

    Unfortunately, due to changes in the Royal Mail system, we unable to deliver to BFPO addresses.
    Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man and Island of Wight are not charged at mainland rates due to increased shipping charges passed on to us by our couriers. Deliveries to these destinations usually take 2-3 working days.

    1. Subject to the goods being in stock and being able to obtain payment successfully. Please check availability on our site at time of purchase to avoid any disappointment.

    2. UK mainland excludes Scottish highlands and the Scottish islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man and Island of Wight . More specifically the following post codes currently carry a shipping surcharge:

    If your delivery is going to take place on one of the post codes above your total shipping charge will be calculated at the order confirmation page. You will be given the option to cancel your order at the order confirmation page if you are not happy with the charge before you credit card is charged.
     

    Some products may carry a shipping surcharge which will be included in your shipping costs in the basket.

    3. If the courier attempts delivery at the shipping address and the customer is not there we are unable to refund the shipping difference.

    4. Delivery will arrive any time up to 6pm.

    Why do so many companies ignore you after they`ve made a sale? We`ve kicked six types of grit out of this type of policy!

    Faulty products within warranty (within 12 months of purchase).
    If during the first year of using your product it ever lets you down by failing to operate through defects in manufacturing or materials used, please cotact customer services so that we can help you establish if the product is faulty.

    If the product is faulty we will issue you with an RMA reference number and advise you as to what is the most suitable way to return goods. Please remember that:
    • We cannot accept returns without a valid RMA number.
    • Some products must be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
    • Some Products carry a component warranty (for example minimoto) and cannot be replaced but a suitable component repair/replacement will be arranged by the manufacturer.
    • Some products must be repaired at your premises due to their nature. In this case a repair specialist may need to come to your premises. This is the case with some large items (furniture for example) or items that are installed at your premises like fitness equipment.
    • Some very large items might require a specialist courier to visit you to collect the item. This is not the norm and is only required for very few products.
    • We will cover the costs of returning a faulty item to us (if applicable) provided that you have returned the item in accordance with our instructions. We cannot cover the cost of international returns.
    • Faulty products that were purchased over 30 days ago can only be replaced or repaired - we cannot issue refunds for products that were purchased more than 30 days ago.
    • We will replace faulty items provided that the fault is not the result of misuse. Please see faulty products as a result of misuse section for more information.
    • If the product is not available for replacement and cannot be repaired we may either substitute it with a model of equal or higher value, offer you vouchers which equal the purchase price of the item (if purchased over 30 days ago) or refund the cost of the item (if purchased within the last 30 days).


    Please allow us 28 days from the point we have received the product in our warehouse to process your return. In most cases we are able to process returns in much shorter time.

    Faulty products outside warranty (over 12 months have passed from purchase date).
    We cannot replace or refund items that are outside their warranty period. However, we will do our best to assist you in finding a replacement part or repair outlet.

    Wrong items received
    In the unlikely event that the wrong item is sent to you please contact our customer services team who will instruct you as how you should return the item. Please remember that:
    • An RMA needs to be generated so that it can be processed by our Returns warehouse.
    • We cannot process any returns without an RMA.
    • We cannot despatch a new item unless we have received the wrong item back in our warehouse and inspected its condition.
    • We will refund any shipping costs you incur provided that the item is in new and unused condition when we receive it and you have followed our return instructions.


    Please allow us 28 days from the point we have received the product in our warehouse to process your return. In most cases we are able to process returns in much shorter time.

    Faulty products as a result of misuse:
    • We can not replace or issue a refund for a misused product.
    • We will return the misused item back to you if you are happy to incur the administration & shipping costs of £9.95 (this does not include any collection costs or international shipping costs - if we have arranged for a specialist courier to collect the item or we need to return it abroad, the cost will be additional).
    • We will hold the product for a maximum of 30 days, after this period we will dispose the item.


    Faulty Products that appear to be working when inspected by our returns warehouse:
    • Our warehouse team will call you or email you to request more information so that they try to replicate the problem. If we cannot get in touch with you, we will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days before disposing the item.
    • If the product is found to be working fine we will return it to you provided you are happy to incur the administration & shipping cost of £9.95 (this does not include any collection costs or international delivery costs - if applicable these will be additional).

    Please note that once an RMA is issued you need to return the item within 14 days. If we haven't received the item within 14 days from the date we issued the RMA we will assume you no longer wish to return the item and close the RMA.


    Lost parcels
    If you haven`t received the items within the expected delivery times as specified by the selected delivery service please contact our customer service team. We will let you know when the item left our premises (if applicable) and if the item is in transit we will contact the courier to establish where the parcel is.
    If seven days from despatch date of the item have passed and you haven`t received an item we will despatch a replacement parcel at no cost to you.

    Lost or damaged parcels must be reported in writting within 7 days of placing the order. We cannot offer any compensation of lost parcels not reported within this period.


    Unwanted items
    Unused and unopened items will be replaced or refunded provided they were purchased within the last 30 days. Please contact our customer service team to arrange a return. Please remember:

    • Not to return anything to us without a valid RMA number.
    • Some items cannot be returned once they have been delivered (for example Fitness equipment).
    • We cannot refund the cost of shipping the order to you.
    • We cannot refund the cost of shipping for returning unwanted items to us.


    Failed Deliveries
    Our couriers will attempt to deliver each parcel at least twice before returning a parcel to us and in most cases will leave you with a card to let you know that they have tried to deliver. Please note that any orders returned to us where the courier has attempted delivery would be subject to a £9.95 failed delivery and additional postage would have to be charged to post the item again. If you prefer us to refund the item instead of sending it again please note that the original cost of shipping & gift wrap (if applicable) would be deducted from the refund.
