Gym Ball 65cm

Commonly known as an Exercise Ball, Fitness Ball, Swiss Ball or Birthing Ball.

This excellent exercise ball is burst resistant to 250kg, the 65cm Gym Ball is recommended for anyone between 5' 7" - 6' 1" (168cm - 185cm).

WHAT SIZE DO I REQUIRE?

The suggested ball size is related to your height. When the ball is correctly inflated to the indicated size (see chart below) and you sit on the ball your knees are positioned slightly lower than your hips.

5'0"/152cm or less - 45cm Ball
5'1" - 5'6"/155 - 167cm - 55cm Ball
5'7" - 6'1"/170 - 185cm - 65cm Ball
6'2"/188cm or above - 75cm Ball
