Controlling your personal information – GDPR

We are fully committed to ensuring that all personal data you provide us with is treated solely in accordance with your instructions.

We do not at any stage process any personal financial data during the ordering of your products or services from this website.

We only capture the minimum personal data necessary to process the given transaction.  The personal data is only held for the minimum necessary period before being deleted – this normally equates to the maximum potential warranty period of the product or service provided.  As the Data Controller we confirm that we do use various logistics businesses (Data Processors) in order to deliver the product or service to you.  We confirm that we only provide information to Data Processors on an as needs basis.  We have written contracts which confirm that the Data Processors responsibilities are which includes the need to delete all your information once the transaction is complete.

You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:

  • If you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by writing to or emailing us at support@brazengamingchairs.com.
  • We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.

You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please email us at support@brazengamingchairs.com.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us as soon as possible, at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
